Danny Strong is a multifaceted American talent in the film industry, born in 1974. As an actor, he has made notable appearances in several television series, including Buffy the Vampire Slayer, where he played Jonathan Levinson, and Gilmore Girls, in which he portrayed Doyle McMaster. Additionally, he had a role as Danny Siegel in the acclaimed series Mad Men.
Strong's work extends beyond acting, as he has also established himself as a screenwriter, director, and producer. His writing credits include the screenplays for Recount, Game Change, and The Butler. He co-wrote the final two installments of The Hunger Games film series, Mockingjay – Part 1 and Mockingjay – Part 2. Strong is also the co-creator and executive producer of the Fox series Empire, and he created, wrote, and directed the Hulu miniseries Dopesick, which earned awards and recognition.
